Karo, from Krakow in neighboring Poland has lived in Berlin since 2012. After completing her studies in Comparative Studies of Civilizations between her home town and Spanish city of Cádiz, she finally made her way to Berlin in 2012.

The city captured her heart and she has called it home ever since and now proudly calls herself an adopted Berliner! As a tourism professional and a linguistic geek, she loves food & travel above all, having lived in both Ecuadorian Quito and Catalan Barcelona also.

Currently, Karo is completing her Master in Adult Education and Lifelong Learning at Humboldt-University, (whose alumni include Karl Marx, Albert Einstein and the Brothers Grimm!) and enjoys introducing newcomers to the multicultural city of Berlin through its kitchen backdoor with Bite Berlin!
